Passed away at the CHUS Hotel-Dieu on december 6, 2021, at the age of 53. He leaves to mourn his father (William Stevens (late Joyce Stevens), his brother David Stevens (Suzanne), his sister Laurie Murphy (John). He was uncle to : Jessica (Ryland) & Jason (Annabel) Stevens, Julia, Lauren & Alicia Murphy.
The family would like to thank Francine Lessard and Cathy Claveau, the Centre Notre-Dame de l’Enfant as well as the staff and doctors at the palliative care of the CHUS Hotel-Dieu.
Donations to the Dixville Fondation would be appreciated.
