Peacefully at St-Vincent-de-Paul, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s, Douglas Alvin Raymond passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in his 78th year. Son of the late Wilfred Raymond and the late Aileen Pitman.
Beloved husband of Helen Walker; dear father of Christopher (Meagan)and the late Lisa; dear grandfather to Kaesha Maheu Raymond and Beckett Raymond; brother to Gail (late Eddie Anderson) and the late Marilyn.
Respecting Doug’s wishes, there will be a cremation with no visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Pet Connections, 1730 Wellington S., Sherbrooke, c/o Jen Young, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
