Gerald Goddard

It is with sadness we announce he has gone on to be with the Lord on July 22^nd, 2024 at Grace Village, at the age of 91. He was the son of Frank Goddard and Rose McCutcheon.

He leaves to mourn his wife of 65 years Mary Goddard (née Cooper), his children Daniel (Nadine Raiffaud), Shirley, Stephen (Stephanie Lacroix), Timothy (Nadine Morasse), Ruth (Glenn Shewchuk); his 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was brother to the late Dorothée and Gilles. He was the brother-in-law of late Evelyn, late Marjorie, late Donald, late Steward and the late Gardner. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends

The family wants to express their heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Grace Village, who gave him such wonderful care.

Donations in his memory can be made to Grace Village Foundation. 

The family will receive condolences at the Cass funeral Homes, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke, on Wednesday, July 31^st from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The celebration of his life will be held at the Hope Community Church, 102 Queen St. Sherbrooke, on Thursday, August 1^st at 2 p.m.

Burial at the Island Brook Cemetery following the funeral service.
