C'est avec une immense tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Janie Gilbert Webster, le 1er juin 2021, à l'Hôpital Hôtel Dieu de Sherbrooke, à l'âge de 74 ans, demeurant à Stanstead. Depuis 55 ans, elle était l’épouse bien-aimée de M. Leslie Webster. Fille de feu Camille Gilbert et de feu Pauline Julien.
Outre son époux, elle laisse dans le deuil sa tante Irène Royer; ses neveux et nièces : Gary (Jackie), Susie; Brenda (Billy) ; leur fils Jamy (Amanda); Elliot (Kim); ses cousins : Michael (Kathy), Diane (Richard), Genève (Peter), ainsi que ses amis : Rachel (Gilles), Lynn, Randy (Pat), Andy, Lawrence, Gordie (Tammy), Dave (Mary), Arlene ainsi que la grande famille des Résidences Funéraires Cass. Elle laisse également d’autres parents et plusieurs amis.
Janie était une femme merveilleuse et attentionnée, aimant tous ceux et celles qu'elle rencontrait. Janie aimait voyager, passer du temps avec des amis, jouer aux cartes, écouter de la musique et travailler dans sa maison. Janie a passé de nombreuses années au service des clients de la Résidence funéraire Cass. Elle avait un don pour soutenir les familles dans ces moments très difficiles. Par contre, sa véritable passion était l’Exposition d'Ayer's Cliff, elle s'est donnée cœur et âme pendant presque toute sa vie pour que cette foire soit la meilleure possible.
La famille vous accueillera à la Résidence Funéraire Cass, 545, rue Dufferin, Stanstead, QC, J0B 3E0, 545, Dufferin, Stanstead, QC, J0B 3E0, le samedi 12 juin 2021 de 9 h à 12 h. Les restrictions reliées à la pandémie s’appliqueront. Un service funéraire privé suivra à 14 h à l’Église Christ Church de Stanstead
