On March 1, 2023, at the Wales Home in Richmond, at the age of 80, John Robert Coles passed away peacefully in his sleep.
He will be greatly missed by his beloved partner of 12 years Carolle Gregory and he was the beloved father of Steve Coles (Sonia Kydd) and John Denis Coles (Cheryll Henderson); loving grandfather to Anthony, Jonathan, Sabrina and Megan. He will be greatly missed by his great-grandchildren and many beloved friends.
Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Norten 3 at the Wales Home for their care and genuine compassion. Upon John’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. His wishes to be remember as he was. A family service will be held at a later date.
