Peacefully at home, with his loving wife by his side, Larry Lloyd “Gumby” passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 70. He was from Island brook. Larry was the son of the late Curtis Lloyd Sr. and the late Iris Wood.
Predeceased by his baby son Ken Allan, Larry was the loving husband of Susan Wood, he will be missed by his children: Brian, Crystal (Steven McBurney); his four grandchildren: Madison, Jayden, Alysa and Emma-Rose McBurney.
He was the brother of Sheila (Robert), Doris, Audrey (Wendell), Roland (Doreen), Roxanne (Mike), Craig (Patricia), late Phyllis, late Norman, late Curtis Jr., late Ronald, late Charles, late Lisa, late Raymond.
Predeceased by his brother-in-law Dale, he also leaves to mourn his brothers and sisters-in-law: Evelyn (Phil), William (Bonnie), Doreen (Roland) as well as many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A Graveside service will take place on Saturday, May 27 at 11 a.m. at the Island Brook Cemetery followed by a reception at the Lawrence Colony Community Center.
