It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Miles Frederick Winslow, who passed away peacefully in his 78th year, at Magog hospital on Tuesday June 2nd, 2026.
Miles was predeceased by his parents: Odell Winslow, Arlene Bellam and his brother in law Ronald Barnes.
He leaves to mourn his sister Trudy. His nephews Wayne (Tiffany), and Odell (Melanie). His great nephews and nieces: Nathan, Jenna, Tyler (Roxane), Brenna (Noah) and Erika. His great great nieces and nephews: Temperance, Roman, Brian, and Nyla.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks for the compassionate and extraordinary care he received by his caregiver Marie-Josée.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Miles may be made to the Cookshire Fair Light Horse Committee c / o Janet McBurney, 759 Rue Papineau, Sherbrooke Québec J1E 1Y8

Miles was an extraordinary man. He loved life...family, the horses, fairs, meeting people..He always had a smile and a comment for everyone.
We all learned Miles-lingo from being with him... he will be missed here but I am sure that he had a huge welcoming committee waiting for him in heaven. Sending my love to you and your family.
