My name is Joyce Elson. My father is Carl Elson. I am not sure if you remember me, but we met when we were little girls. My family came to visit your family when I was about ten years old. We stayed with Roxy and Peggy. I remember meeting you and Guy.
Guy and my dad were pen pals for many years. I was just reading through old emails from my dad and I came across the one where he notified me that Guy had passed. My dad was hoping to go out an visit your family that Spring - sadly, on March 15, 2011, dad passed away too before he could get there. I thought I would reach out and let you know how much Guy meant to my father. I would say my dad was a good judge of character, and he loved Guy dearly. I wanted to take this time to thank your family for the love, laughter and joy that they brought to mine. I wish you and your family good health and happiness in this world that we share together.
