Passed away peacefully at the CHUS Hôtel-Dieu Palliative Care, on October 21, 2026 at the age of 94.
Doris was predeceased by her parents Stewart Coates and Rebecca Reed, her sister Irene Coates and her brother-in-law Donald Clark.
She leaves to mourn her nephews Ronald Clark (the late Roberta) and George (Diane)and extended family Danny Bryant (France) and their daughter Amélie and Chris Bryant (Marilyn) and their sons Jaret, Logan and Brett.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville). The family will receive condolences one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at the Malvern Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the CHUS Foundation Palliative Care, would be appreciated.
