It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Garnet, surrounded by his family, on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the Grace Village, in his 85th year.
Cherished husband of the late Sandra (Dolloff) Morrison. Loving father to Heather (Nick) and Judy (Jay) and beloved Poppa to Alex, Kailee and Carter. He was predeceased by his brother Galen. Garnet leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will take place at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Sunday, December 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Garnet’s memory to the following organizations would be appreciated by the family: The Alexander Galt Regional High School (please specify in the memo ``Breakfast Program``), 1700 College St. Sherbrooke, QC J1M 1Z9, or to the Grace Village, 1515 rue Pleasant View, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 0C6 (please direct donations to ``Best Use Fund``) , or the Canadian Cancer Society.
