Shirley passed away peacefully at the Wales Home after a lengthy illness on January 17, 2022 in her 88th year. She was predeceased by her husband Charlie (August 23, 1982).
She will be lovingly missed by her son Rockland (Joyce), daughter Dayna, and grandchildren Skylar and Samantha. Shirley will also be greatly missed by her friend and companion of the heart Lionel Statton with whom she spent many happy years.
She leaves behind her brothers Graydon (Simone), Chester (Gloria), and sister Lois (Carroll). Predeceased by her loving older sister Glenna (Carl Speck).
In honouring Shirley’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be planned for the spring
