À la mémoire de

Edna Mary (nee Webster) Chamberlain

1944 - 2025

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Edna Chamberlain (Webster), daughter of the late Ernest Webster and Ferne West, stepdaughter of late Eugene Harvey. Wife of the late Merriman "Mackey" Chamberlain, from cancer at the age of 80 years old.

Edna leaves a legacy of love behind with her children, Grace (Mike), Tony (Susie), and Faye (Jason) - her grandchildren, Kristy (Nicholas), Brandon, Noah (Tosha), Mackenzee, and the apple of her eye, her great-grandson Elliott. She also leaves to mourn many beloved sisters and brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins who she always kept track of throughout the years.

If you were lucky enough to be loved by Edna, you walked through life with a heart full of love, and a stomach full of sweet treats. She worked as a pastry chef and cook at Stanstead college for 27 years and loved to travel.  She loved collecting treasure from auctions, reading good books, making good food, and beating everyone at cribbage.

The family will receive family and friends at the Cass Funeral Home, 545, Dufferin, Stanstead, QC, J0B 3E0, on Friday, April 11th, 2025, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, April 12th, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.  A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society, 625, Ave. du Président-Kennedy, Montréal, Québec, H3A 3S5.

A special thank you to the employees & friends at the Manoir Stanstead and Magog Hospital Palliative Care for taking care of "Mama".
