Passed away peacefully at the CHUS Hôtel-Dieu, on September 25, 2026, at the age of 89. Beloved son of the late Clayton Blair and the late Hazel Bell.
Victor leaves to mourn his loving wife Barbara Winslow of 62 years, his daughter Sherry (Jean) and his cherished grandsons Nicholas and Trevor (Akane). He was predeceased by his children Sharron and Gordon. He also leaves to mourn his sister Barbara Hurley, his two angels Penny and Laurie, along with his nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
A private internment was held.
