Passed away peacefully at the Coaticook Hospital, on March 12th, 2024, at the age of 93, Jean was from Stanstead, daughter of the late Arthur Fyles and the late Myrtle Hines.
She is survived by her sister Marjorie (late Philip) and will be missed by many nephews and nieces.
A grave side service will take place at the Crystal Lake cemetery in Stanstead at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Manoir Stanstead for the wonderful care provided.
Jean was a very special lady with an amazing memory for dates and places. She shared some wonderful stories of her past and all the interesting jobs and experiences of her life. She was a very shy artist and author . She also enjoyed writing poetry. She always hoped to have some of her worked published but ,she ran out of time. She always enjoyed the visits she shared with her sister Marjorie and family. Rest in peace Jean!
